Why is the keyboard not working properly?

Good day! Today there was such a problem when you press some keys on a laptop, 2 letters that are not the same are printed. For example, when you press the 'h' button, 'h6' is printed, although yesterday everything was fine, I didn’t spill anything on the laptop. I don’t know what could be the problem.

check the numlock key. turn on/off
