I personally, the second, black, more to my liking. The first one is also good, but since you asked about the homepage, the second one is more suitable, IMHO

oh how tired of these same-type landings. Therefore, number 2 - there is at least a block "we are chosen" away from the top of the page. As I see such blocks, I immediately want to close the page.

Both are terrible. There is no grid. It's not clear what the site is about.
