What, if possible, free services are available for printing printed products?

In 2010, I heard in a photo studio that there are services for printing polygraphy for free or almost for cheap. You send them a ready-made PDF version or a PRINT file, and they send you high-quality printing by mail.
Tell me, what are the most relevant, if possible, free sites or services for the provision of such services (photo printing, printing, and other things). Interested in both free and cheap and paid resources. Where can I print or order printing? And Russian (unless of course there is) and mainly foreign resources.

who will do the work for free, which requires expensive equipment and the same expensive consumables??? something I doubt that this was even more so in 2010. except that some kind of fraud and everyone who sent refs did not receive anything in response)
