Are there online services to create a drawing, 3D project, product prototype design?

We are creating an invention and we already have a project in 3Ds Max and AutoCAD. But, since few of our engineers, investors and others understand this, I think it would be easier to provide them with all this in some online service where they could take a detailed look at the invention and how it works. Can you advise if there is such a thing?

I watched it about two years ago, only 2D drawings could be made there, in the new version there may be 3D.
