Good day to all!
I live in Orenburg. I thought about changing jobs. Updated resume on headhunter, passed interviews.
As a result, I have two proposals: a system administrator at the Hoff company and an engineer for the maintenance and operation of base stations at the Megafon company. Z.P. identical in both sentences. According to my competence, both companies have no questions for me. In a new place of work, he is primarily interested in professional development (new knowledge and skills) and the possibility of career growth. My current place of work does not allow me to develop further (especially professionally), but now they pay me more than in the offered vacancies, and even in an envelope. I have never worked for such a large company before. For development purposes, I am ready to sacrifice part of my earnings, but with the prospect of increasing it. Please tell me which of these proposals is more promising in terms of my desires (with due zeal on my part).
I would like to hear first of all the opinion of people who worked in one of these companies.
