If you are a tourist, is it possible to get a job in Europe?

Hello, tell me please.
I live in Europe on a tourist visa (multivisa, which is open for a year). I’m thinking of looking for a job if I’m already here (in Europe), I have a question: if I find a job, do I need to return to my country (Ukraine) for paperwork (work visa)? Or is the Ukrainian embassy in the country where I will get a job enough?
ps I consider vacancies in the Czech Republic and Amsterdam.
Thanks for your help and your time.

If you are a tourist, then you can not get a job. If you get caught, you will be deported, and your employer will be fined.
If you find yourself a job during your stay on the usual tourist Schengen, then you will have to return to Ukraine with an official request from the employer and open a work visa throughout the procedure.
According to the usual Schengen, you cannot stay in the country for a certain number of days (I think 90 in six months). But in a work visa there is no such restriction :)

Yes, you can, of course, if you don’t tell anyone, but I worked there when there was no money to travel further.

You have chosen a strange place for such questions - it is much more reliable just to go to the local branch of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where you are now and ... ask there :)

The embassy of your country is not in business at all. You need to interact with the local immigration authorities. The easiest thing to do is to go to the nearest branch and ask. Here, come with your legs and ask a question about what you should do if you find a job and how you can complete the documents, whether you will need to act through the consulate in your country or can this be done somehow on the spot.

It all depends on the laws of a particular country. Illegally, you can try to work in any country only if you get caught, then most European countries are immediately deported and banned for a visa for several years. In other cases, there are some where you can just pay a fine and continue to work.
