What is the best EDS library to use for Ukraine?

I'm poking around in the EDS library from AT "ІІT" Ukraine on PHP (Linux).
Stuck on certificate file storage error when reading private key.
Maybe there are some examples of use and / or alternative EDS for Ukraine?

It was possible to implement software PPO in both versions of the API. I had to call the tax office many times, more than 10 letters were sent. I created a channel for communication between programmers on software PPO, I think many will step on a rake or it’s not clear where to start. I will share experience and libraries, examples.
