What is the best datepicker?

Please tell me the best datepicker. Or your favorite.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that I only download the components for the datepicker and not the whole css frameworks.
And also need the possibility of Russification.

I once wrote PickMeUp , many people use it, there was an article on Habré.
You only need jQuery, the appearance is configured as you like, there are SCSS variables for convenience.
