If the existing fields are not enough, then MySklad allows you to add additional fields to the counterparty card.
3.2 There is no history of communication with the client in the form you described in MySklad. It is possible to manually record events for a counterparty, but it is currently impossible to automatically drag them from correspondence. Users can assign tasks to each other and receive notifications on them.

In general, from my own experience I can say this: you create, create your own unique CRM, sharpen it to fit your needs, but in the end you have to add a lot of options - for the developer, this is a constant hemorrhoids, because it’s not easy to create a product for your needs the first time . And, since the gentlemen who sell ready-made CRM systems have obviously been working with their clients for more than a year, they have long taken into account the possible "Wishlist" of the user of such a system.
It will be cheaper to choose something from the proposed list than to use excels, Google docs, stickers and self-written CRM.
