Which management system (accounting) for an online school should be chosen?

Good afternoon.
There is an online language school. There are group lessons from two to five people in the class. There are almost two dozen such classes. Each class has its own teacher (there are two to five classes per teacher). Classes can be at different times of the day and depend on the students, as they can be in different time zones (to be convenient for most participants). Each student is assigned to a class. Classes can be replenished with students, that is, the composition of the class can change. The student can move from class to class. There are those who are engaged in two classes at once. Now classes are taking place via Skype (video conferencing). Materials (pdf, doc, mp3) are transferred via Skype. Lessons are recorded and students have the opportunity to view the lesson again by clicking the link. Prices for classes are set in USD, in fact, payment is made through several channels with "forced" conversion: AUD bank account, UAH card, PayPal USD. Accordingly, for accounting it is necessary to "convert" manually back. Payment occurs for every 4 weeks from the moment of the first lesson at school, thus there is no reference to calendar months (the start date of the cycle is "creeping"). There is no recording of visits. That is, if the student is not listed as "on pause", then the missed lesson is still considered paid. Prices are tied to classes, but students may have individual "nuances", for example, discounts or a husband and wife study together (then the price is not double, but 1.8). Now accounting for payments is carried out in Excel. Bank statements and paypal statements are exported to CSV and transferred to the prodigy table in an excel file, where the calculation is performed. But any operations with students (adding, moving to another group, a break in classes) are quite hemorrhoids and often lead to errors. In addition, receivables regularly arise, the control and fight against which takes quite a lot of resources.
Are there ready-made solutions for online schools?
At least - accounting for students' payment according to the existing principle with the ability to carry out the operations described above. It is possible even without automatic import of statements. Maximum - full-fledged classes with access in the absence of debt (a certain threshold, for example, a debt of no more than 2 weeks) and the possibility of exchanging files. Not necessarily a free product. Preferably without reference to any national standards (the boss is in Australia and he does not need tax reports from Russia or Ukraine). And without "buying servers..." :)
PS
I saw that Google (Classroom) has a solution. But I did not find a real example of a working system. What I found out by the method of "scientific poke" seemed to me, to put it mildly, not very practical.

This is what I can offer. I didn't have to deal with the current edition. I can say about the previous one with dignity and efficiency, they launched it in a division of the academy that was engaged in courses for third parties, for money.
