How can I "practice" in web development?
Hello, what do you recommend about this? Can you come up with some kind of task yourself (specialization is the development of crm, erp systems) or maybe set a low price (10 dollars) on a freelance site to get a task? (I work with another freelancer in the team, but I didn’t have to write projects from scratch, only improvements). What do you think about this?

I think that if you cannot answer this question without help, then it is better to wait a little with freelancing. there, at times, without ingenuity it is difficult. choose from here and get to work
When I wanted to understand the web well, I decided to write an online store to my father from scratch: D In a little more than a month, something like this happened .
I think giving yourself a challenge is a great idea: you'll both get some language training and maybe start a good project.
go to htmlacademy, codecademy.com, take html courses there. css, js, node.js, php, ruby on rails, angular choose the appropriate language, read books on it while reading which you can create a blog, an online store, a task management system, depending on the author.
