Need advice: what system (CRM, etc.) to use (tasks inside)?

Good evening.
I ask for advice and recommendations on the functionality. There is not enough time to try everything available, and simply could lose sight of something. We need some kind of system to help with work (now it is taking orders through personal messages on Facebook and instant messengers + by phone), so far for one person and with the following functionality.
Need:

  1. Entering clients and storing in the database. Basic info: name, address, phone, text note. A plus will be the ability to add a point on the Google map - by address or manually with a marker, as well as add custom fields.
  2. Maintaining a list of goods (assortment with prices). A photo is not needed, only product groups, a name and a unit of measurement with a price for it.
  3. Forming an order: chose a client or added a new one, selected goods from the list, indicated the quantity and saved.
  4. Assigning a discount in the order (for individual products or the entire order) with automatic calculation of the total.
  5. Possibility to export an order/orders at least in a simple text form (example in the image below).
  6. It would be cool to be able to send orders to a person (a courier delivering orders, for example) on a smartphone with clickable links - through their mobile application, messengers or something else. In general, automatically, and not manually, as is done now.
  7. Availability of a free plan (for a limited number of users or titles in the database, etc.). Not a trial, but the ability to use it without significant restrictions in functionality, albeit for a small number of users. It is most convenient now to buy a more "cool" tariff as needed. I want to test the system personally and after that involve other employees in it, train and show it.
It would be useful:
  1. Keep a count of the number of orders for each client and assign him personal discounts or bonuses in orders.
  2. Integration with messengers, receiving messages in this system and sending from it.
  3. Automatic entry of the client into the database at the first contact (when completing the previous paragraph).
What is not needed:
  1. All sorts of lido functionals, calls and a bunch of managers. Only the customer base, the base of goods and the formation of orders with export. The system is needed for one person at the moment with future involvement in the system of other participants in business professions (courier, manager, production) for convenient order management, as well as the use of the already full paid version for business development.

Several systems have been studied at the moment and Bitrix24 has many of the above. More often, the condition of having a free plan does not fit and there is only a trial.
At the moment, everything is done manually in Excel. There is a sheet with a database of goods and prices, a sheet with a database of customers and data, there is a template according to which an order is collected and then copied as a picture to a chat with delivery, links to a map with an address are copied separately. You can work, but I want to get rid of the constant Copy / Paste and reduce the time spent on transferring orders between stages.

Yes, Bitrix24 is in the description! Everything you need is there, and from the list of "what is not needed" (but it may fit), everything is the same. Not everything is by default, for some moments you need to finish it, but nothing supernatural.
