What is the analogue of a teamviewer with an id or a connection without port forwarding through a router?

teamviewer began to swear at commercial use (what a scoundrel, in a commercial network xD)
I don’t want to reset and break teamviewer further, I want an alternative, not necessarily with such "huge" functionality,
just connect and I do something remotely.
I tried TightVNC and anydesk, but the problem is that you need an ip where to connect to, and configure a static ip + port on the user's PC on the network through a router, and if there are several more users .... ugh.
who will advise?

VNC can work in reverse mode, when not the client connects to the server, but vice versa, the server connects to the client. Those. the server in this case is the computer whose screen and keyboard you want to access remotely, and the client is the terminal you want to control from.
Usually, the one who connects remotely has more opportunities and skills to set up connections (the case when both machines are behind NAT).
No one will endlessly proxy traffic through themselves for such cases, sooner or later you will be asked to leave.

raise VPN on the router and then anything, either directly to clients or through an intermediary raised for this task in the internal network.
