How to google emails belonging to a domain?

There is one deaf and unmanaged semi-state office (a la Russian Post), whose leadership really needs to be reached. How can google or anything else find emails like *@company-of-interest.co.uk?
The option [email protected] and similar ones did not work, there are none.

Off topic, but in such offices, management rarely reads e-mail on their own - there are secretaries for everything, screening out all kinds of business proposals at a time. For a substantive conversation, it makes sense to look for approaches to higher management.
