What is preventing centos 7 from starting?

After the next reboot, I can not get to the desktop. When loading, there are 3 modes:
5af9b57aaf045185460343.png
1) such an error: 2.491185 kvm disabled by bios

This means that when loading the kvm module, it complains that hardware virtualization is supported by the processor, but is disabled in the BIOS.
Google (c),
in the BIOS reset the settings to default. disabled / enabled the intel virtualization function , did not help
if mode 2:
hangs on process startup
started Dynamic system tuning daemon

3) also hangs on the start of processes, but already on
started hostname service

PS motherboard: asus H81M-K, centos updates were installed before the problem occurred, and also solved the problem with monitor extension via xrandr)
  1. the numbers before the kvm disabled by bios error are always different, what do they mean? (2.491185 / 2.737283 )
  2. How can I diagnose the problem in more detail? What can be done to correct errors?

UPD2:
disabled, kvm, continues to hang on started gnome display manager or
started dynamic system tuning daemon
in single mode is loaded, there with journalctl , the last logs are:

Well, for starters, you can disable the kvm service so that it does not hang on it. Perhaps after that it will go to the usual boot and it will be possible to further understand in detail. Alternatively, you can also try to boot into a single mode, to do this, add the single option to the rough menu at the end of the kernel boot line.
PS. tsifirki about anything as far as I remember, it's just a unique record number in the dmesg log.
