What is considered website plagiarism?

I searched the Internet for flocks, and found nothing. I came to the sages of habr. The question is, what is considered plagiarism of the site?
For example, I was sitting on a site of 4 blocks. Then I found a site with the same theme, with different fonts and a different color scheme. There are 6 blocks on this site, 2 of which are similar to my 2nd block from my design.
Should I run to redo the design or I can ignore this situation.

must be looked at in detail.
but in general, plagiarism is directly borrowing content (text, unique illustrations)
“similarity” of design is a relative matter
