What is better in a processor: multithreading (xeon) or clock speed (core i)?

The server will run
LAMP + Zabbix (135 hosts at 7-10 metrics per minute) + Asterisk (135 peers + 2 trunks) + Vtigercrm (135 users) + Sqid (135 users) + Postfix (135 users). maybe add something else.
There are no special plans for virtualization, should we focus on multithreading and a large cache, or on clock speed?

In this formulation of the question - threading and cache.

Xeon is better for the server, the question will probably be only in MySql it is bad about multithreading.
And so the optimal answer is to look at the system metrics for the consumption of the memory processor and cache.
