What is a good IDE for web development?

I want to switch from notepad, but I need an equally good editor. Basic requirements: ftp support, js css minifiers, so that they almost do not eat computer resources.
So far I have settled on a light table, it is cool, but there are no ftp and minifiers.

Sublime Text with the appropriate set of plugins (for ftp, for example, FTP Sync, for html, emmet, and a bunch of other plugins for every taste and budget)

Do you need an IDE or editor?
Try Sublime Text. Brackets are still in vogue today.

WebStorm / PHPStorm, but they are not free.

Netbeans (free). A friend of mine agitates all the time for the theft of phpstorm, but I find any functionality that he uses in netbins.

There is only one IDE for web development: WebStorm/PHPStorm. Everything else is, at best, just good editors.

A replacement for notepad is definitely Sublime Text
All "real" IDEs seem terribly slow after getting used to text editors.
