What is a folder on macbook that I didn't create?

When buying a Macbook pro, they offered to install applications for an extra charge. In the course of using the laptop, a folder called vladimir was found, inside documents with a name like com.apple.xpc.activity.plist, etc. When deleting a folder, mac asks for a password, which is entered when logging in (after sleep, for example). I mentioned about installing applications, maybe this is somehow connected. What is the folder and can it be deleted?
The contents of this folder:

Where is she herself?
And what kind of miracle-idiots who install incomprehensible programs on mac upon purchase and require coins?
It's not some kind of wine. For me, OS X is an extremely intimate OS.
