What is a convenient platform for feedback, q&a?

We are launching a software project (now the target audience is residents of the States), some of the key features of which can create questions for users. To answer questions and create a FAQ, as well as to capture real user experience, we are just looking for a solution.
Perhaps there are ready-made forums where you can comfortably accommodate? For example, create a subreddit on reddit.
Maybe it's better to use some service for technical support or a forum engine?
Help me to understand :)
