Ways to keep a client on a service site?
I have an idea for a service exchange startup. Like youdo but in a narrower niche. The service is provided offline.
Can you give examples of monetization models for such projects and ways to keep a client on a service where the service is carried out offline? Also interested in the effectiveness of different models.
For example, on the same youdo I used the delivery service, because nothing prevents me from contacting the contractor directly in the future.
At first glance, this issue is solved by subscription monetization (month/year) as in youdo. But I'm interested in methods based on commissions with payment through the service, and this is where the risk of a one-time client arises.

The client on any service is kept by the quality of services and nothing more.
A service site is a platform for PR and earnings for those who provide services on such a site. From them - you can take money for a subscription and other services.
With clients, it's like cutting grass from a field, driving cows to this field and then trying to get milk from them ...
