To whom and where can I sell a startup?

I have a startup project, initially I did it for myself and did not plan to sell it. And now I thought why not. Well, or at least find out what it will be appreciated. I'm interested in who and where you can write an offer to sell. Maybe some sites, not necessarily Russian ones.
I found an offer to buy on freelance , but this is probably not enough, in most articles on the sale of startups it is recommended to send offers to the maximum number of potential investors. But here's something I didn't find where else to send an offer.
I found site exchanges, but this is not quite right, since the price there is formed based on site traffic. I also saw sites for the sale of ready-made businesses, but it seems to me that this is also not the same as they mainly sell offline businesses.
And I have a software product that is quite complex and with a couple of interesting solutions that competitors do not have. And there aren't many competitors either.
# Addendum
Through hard searching, I found the site https://startupvillage.ru/ here in the answer to my original question, I expected to receive links to similar sites or events, and not start a discussion directly about my particular project and its value and relevance.

If you consider your startup as just one of many banal services, then the following valuation technique is quite common - the site is sold for the 6-12-month profit that it brings at the moment.
If you consider your service to be unique (it is possible that this is the case, I don’t know) - then left-wing advisers from the Internet are unlikely to help.

Damn commet server it’s not even funny in 2017, it was really relevant 10 years ago, now the number of users tends to zero, and startups with a falling audience cost about nothing.

Nobody needs your startup except you.
The problem is to find an investor - who needs it.
Investors flock to:
1) Large projects that do not even make a profit, but already have, for example, 1 million users.
2) For small projects that are already profitable.
All.

There are websites for business ideas. Try to sell there.

Selling a startup is not easy, especially if it is narrowly focused and understandable to a small circle of people. First you need to identify your target buyers and just contact them directly and attach it to you...
