On what services can you tell about your project to attract users?
Quite recently, we came up with the idea to make a simple and free service for more convenient viewing of your albums on Yandex.Fotkah. The idea arose after we ourselves tried to store our albums on Yandex.Photos, and then share a link to our album with friends. The Yandex.Photos interface for viewing albums is made rather inconvenient: there are many distracting elements on the page, pictures are displayed in a very reduced size.
Our application currently allows you to easily and free of charge view all public albums of users in the form of a hierarchy of albums. Maximum focus on your photos and minimum distractions. Photos in albums can be viewed in their original size. It is also possible to share links to albums with other users and download photos.

in my opinion, you should tell about your product to those whom it is aimed at, and this is not a habr audience, I’m sure you know your audience better, and where it lives, even wrote Yandex.Photo yourself, you need to attract an audience from there, well, or from similar projects .
