How is the sum and attributes of packets calculated in SAAS?
Good evening.
Many Saas products have a list of plans (packages) on their website, what they include and the amount for each package. Here is the question of how the price of these packages + attributes are formed, what the user pays for, for example, the number of requests or the number of projects or the number of connections, etc., depends on the subject of the project and what services it provides.
As an example, you can take pusher.com/pricing where the price is per number of connections. How did they calculate that such and such a number of connections will be at such and such a price.
The question is complicated, because a lot of factors are involved here, such as server rental, the price of electricity, the salary of employees, competitors, BUT also some variables unknown to me by which the main part of the package price is calculated, bandwidth + memory + server load or something I don't know for sure, so if anyone has any links, please share. The topic is very relevant.
