There is nothing adequate. There are just tools that you can try to tie to your needs, with varying degrees of success, and everyone will be (in) comfortable with one or the other.
Some are comfortable even in Trello, others are fat, others are redmine or Tiger.
But so that the platform is specifically for a startup - there is no such thing. Well, spark.ru seems to be some kind of scam for startups, but there are no tools as such, just blogs.
