What is a computer capable of with such parameters?

Guys, what will such a computer pull? I mainly do design, drawing and modeling. I use programs like Photoshop - Zbrush 3 d max, After Effect
Processor: CPU G640 @ 2.8GHz(2CPUs) ~2.8GHz
HP Pro 3400MT
HDD: 320GB
DVD-RW
Video: Intel(R) HD Graphics 1.6GB
Soccet 1155
RAM: 8Gb DDR3
My current computer has these settings. All of the above programs are drawn, but with difficulty, they think for a long time before responding, they hang a little.
