I tried 3 different infrared receivers, set the resistor for the infrared LED even less than necessary, but all IR receivers do not catch a constant signal at a distance of more than 5 cm.
Which IR receiver will catch a stable signal at a distance of about one and a half meters?

Try to modulate at least with a square wave, amplify the variable component (you may need a band pass filter ) and detect.
