Choosing an uninterruptible power supply?

You need a UPS for equipment to keep it for 15 minutes or more.
The set of equipment is as follows, 2 chromatographs, each 900VA each (if I translated it correctly, then 550 watts each),
another 220W chromatograph, a laptop about 100 watts (maximum), a PC with an i5 monitor without a video card - about 300 watts. later we will add a liquid chromatograph and a PC for it (consumption is unknown, but I think no more than 1000 watts),
the total load is no more than 2700 watts.
I looked at the option Energy UPS Pro-5000 24V (it has two batteries of 12v 100 Ah in parallel.) But it confuses "Time to switch operating modes No more than 6 ms"
6ms to switch to the battery and back. Is this normal for the operation of the equipment or critical?

"No more than 6 ms" does not bother me for a good pulsed power supply, it will be like a small hindrance, but the word "Energy" is very strong.
You need to take something from APC, but that prices start at $2000. I would take a UPS to each device separately, but you need "15 minutes or more," and this is no longer a UPS function, but an inverter. Take a 4-5kW inverter like this
