Step-down 2-pole transformer 220-15V. How to remove both 9V and 6V?

I am making a speaker, electronics inside, outside only wire and buttons. In the photo, attention is only on the transformer and on the board from the portable speaker. The transformer is connected according to the scheme where + - are connected after the diodes, and there is a smoothing capacitor, it has 9V constants. You can power the TDA-shku from it, but you can’t power the speaker board ... Therefore, I cut off the TDA power supply from the board, and power it separately from 9V ... But the question is, how can I power the speaker board? We need 6V ... And I have already been advised by stabilizers, rolls, but you can’t buy them in our city, and time is running out. Through a voltage divider on resistors, they also said it was not an option ...
_______
So, is it possible with this connection to solder the wires to + and the common one, between them 7V changes showed ... Maybe it will work out?

All good advice has already been given to you. If it is not possible to buy parts - order them by mail.

If you can’t buy it, then you can take it apart and google the names of the parts - often everything you need is under your feet.
but in general - if there are resistors, then one transistor is needed for them according to the "emitter follower" scheme - if there is absolutely trouble with stabilizers and nowhere to be found.

If you don't buy a roll, you can pick it up from somewhere.
Or, as they wrote above, an emitter follower and a divider in the base (possible with a variable resistor) - look for a simple adjustable power supply circuit. If you find another zener diode, you will get a tighter roll in the end.
True, I didn’t understand what else you need to power, in the photo charging from the phone - hell knows what it gives and what quality, but I think the Chinese device that you want to power from 6 volts will work fine from 5.
