How to understand printed circuit boards?
I am always interested in how the boards are arranged, the parts connected to them. Like, for example, take and assemble your device (maybe primitive).
What I don't like about Arduino: I'm interested in smaller boards, for example, for a bracelet.
Where can you study?

Foil textolite is the same.
"parts connected to them"
And this is a completely different question
"How, for example, to take and assemble your own device (maybe primitive)"
Well, the boards here are about the last (at least in simple cases) problem.
It is worth, I think, to get acquainted with the basics of electronics (well, I, for a start - I would literally google it). Starting with the "behavior" of individual components.
And yes, it may be worth looking for more specialized resources, including all sorts of "radio cats" and easyelectronics (the first thing that came to mind). On one of them, they even seemed to describe these very "basics" quite well
Here is a detailed article on how to make boards at home, and diagrams of finished devices. You can start with them. STM8 microcontroller in the first devices, all software is free. A detailed description of how to program, where to download what, how to make a programmer, etc.
