The company is looking for a project for outsourcing. Tell me, are there any exchanges or auctions in order to find your outstaffer?

Upwork and Elance .
These are foreign freelance exchanges. Single orders from clients are published there (both for individual freelancers and for teams). But there are a lot of projects with a reserve for the future. In fact, part of the projects on upwork and elance is the search for an artist for a very long period of time. However, not all projects are like that, so you should be interested in the customer's plans in advance.
