Outsourcing

What do you think about outsourcing?

Hi everybody!
I will write without the names of companies, so you never know)
They offered me a job as an hmtl layout designer in a large international company.
But I will arrange for me there through another large company that is engaged in hiring people for outsr and, in general, searching for workers, a recruitment agency in general. I will also be legally registered in this personnel company, i.e. salary, vacations, etc., all through them.
And to work, respectively, in the office of an international company, which he indicated first, such as on an outsource (contract for 5 years) with them, which was not recorded with them in any way.
Essence
Is it worth agreeing to this? Are there any pitfalls in doing this? They offered a high salary, that's what tempted me. Never worked like this, would like to hear people's opinions

Definitely not worth it. Any reputable company recruits an employee to its staff without intermediaries.

In the West, this is the norm. In the same Apple, a bunch of people work who have nothing to do with the company. Their services are sold by an outsourcing firm, taking their percentage. But they work at the same time in the Apple office. They take either for a specific project or for a direction. In general, this is another grin of capitalism - not to take people on a permanent basis, but only for current tasks. The tasks will end - see you.
But in Russian realities, they just didn’t say it just like that - either reduce it, or look for a reason.
In short, I advise you to read the contract and reviews about the company. It might turn out to be quite normal.
