How to find the right office IT infrastructure maintenance company?

When choosing an outsourcing company for servicing office computers, the issue of trust is very important, because the employees of this company will have unlimited administrative access to users' computers. With the help of the same Google, it is not difficult to find many offers for IT outsourcing, but how do you determine which companies you can trust? Does anyone have experience in finding and following up with such companies? Are there any websites or forums where you can find real customer reviews to help you make the right choice?

If you have a conf. information on computers / servers, then maybe consider hiring an administrator? Otherwise, I would choose yur. the person and in the contract wrote something like an NDA or limited the scope of work or freedom of access / actions in advance.

Since you have already thought about safety, but it is necessary to limit it in the workplace. Classify information by access levels, etc.
Whether you choose a service firm or an administrator, you will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
It will be a 0-zero security level, calculated on the conscience in the first place.
Reviews can be found on freelance exchanges if you need an incoming administrator.

You have a toothache (God forbid). With the help of the same Google, it is not difficult to find many offers for dental treatment, but how to determine which companies you can trust? The correct answer is none . You can, of course, dump a truckload of money, but again, there are 0 guarantees.
In addition to the main work, I am engaged with a couple of comrades in outsourcing of several small firms. I repeat NO . Personally, only conscience will interfere with me, but someone doesn’t even have that.
In which case the company will simply merge in an unknown direction and nothing will stop them. Can fire the screwed-up admin (or maybe not even fire him). " Horns and Hooves LLC " now opens and closes with a wave of the hand. No contracts will help you much.
The only racially correct option is to take your own (through friends, on the recommendations, etc.) or take a permanent admin (no one has canceled half the rate). In fact, there is no 100% recipe, you can fly in anyway.
Oh yeah, a permanent admin isn't really a panacea either. At best, it can be a crooked clumsiness. But at worst: "Affectionate child of two mothers sucks" (if you understand what I mean) ... But this is usually in large offices, and there the SB should work at the reception.
PS
Chet bore me at night looking ... What the hell am I just for my not so long experience had seen enough.
