Copy data from gpt disk to mbr disk?

There is a 4TB SAS hard drive that was removed from the NAS of the mirror raid (due to problems starting the raid). I'm trying to take data from it and copy it somewhere, but windows doesn't see it, and utilities don't see the contents through AdminPE either, it asks to format it. Converting to mbr does not work without data loss, because the disk is larger than 2TB. I need to copy the data so that I can safely then throw it into the raid without losing data (the raid on the system was reset). How to copy data from gpt disk?

And how are you going to copy something if it is raid? It is desirable to connect it to the same controller on which it worked, and so it is clear that Windows does not see partitions, the little one knows how a particular controller had data there.
