What if the OpenVpn server has a dynamic address?
if my openvpn server does not always have the same address, can I use the domain address in the settings? And the domain will already refer to the server address.
If the server is not available for some time, how will the client "feel", will he have problems accessing the regular Internet?
As I understand it, if the client is connected to the server and on the server the Internet access speed is, say, only 5 Mbps, then the client will also have such a low speed?
just started to deal with vpn .. you just need vnp on an ubuntu laptop to access via ssh between the server and the laptop, so that you can connect from the server and execute commands on the laptop

The domain can be used.
In the intervals when the vpn server has fallen off, and the client has not yet heard about it and has not broken the connection, the routes that go through the vpn will not work. If you wrap all traffic in vpn, nothing will work.
In terms of speed - you understand everything correctly.
