How to connect a remote server to your home network so that you can use DLNA?

There is a remote Plex server with content. I have access to it through ipserver:32400 and I can watch anything through a computer and the Plex application on android, but I just can’t send these same movies and series to the TV via DLNA. From my home computer, which is on my local network using Plex and BubbleUPnP, I can do this, but not from a remote one. How can I make it so that the data from the remote server is as if I have it on the local network and I can play it via DLNA on a TV that does not have Smart TV and set-top box? If it is possible and there is a guide, then help. Thank you.

PS Server on Ubuntu 20.04

It is said that DLNA packets are marked with TTL=1, besides, the server lookup is done by broadcast packets.

Raise the L2 tunnel. I know that BCP is working (I don’t know if this is a general protocol, or only Mikrotik), EoIP. They say that OpenVPN somehow also knows how.
