OVPN server on Mikrotik. How to pass gateway to clients?

Hello. There is a need on the home computer to turn all traffic to Mikrotik, which is at work.
On a working Mikrotik, I raised ovpn with standard settings from manuals on the Internet. At home, I connect to VPN as a client, the connection gets up normally, I see all the computers behind Mikrotik at work, but on my home computer, traffic goes directly to the Internet, without VPN. I’m not good friends with Mikrotik, a beginner lomakin, so to speak)
I tried to raise an OVPN server on a working computer, on Mikrotik I forwarded ports to a working computer, I connect from my home, but the Internet immediately disappears on my home. It remains only access to the working computer and that's it. I suspect that the problem is again somewhere in Mikrotik, but where .. I don’t know .. How can I force Mikrotik to transfer its gateway to clients?
