Clear cache. There were cases that the update was delivered, but the cache was not updated for some reason and the conf works according to the old code. Delete the cache completely and at startup 1c will create it again but with the current code.

The configuration has no eyes and cannot see anything. Only the operator who wants to update the 1C database sees. And here we need details. The operator entered the Configurator, starts the update, but cannot find the update file? Or does the Operator think that he successfully updated everything in the Configurator, but when he enters the Enterprise mode, he sees the old version? And what does "update installed" mean - is it installed in the Configurator into the database, or is it just running the install that copied the update file to the computer disk?
