How to conduct sales without write-off from the warehouse in 1C: 8.2?

Actually, how to make a sale and issue documents (TN and S-F) without writing off from the warehouse? Without specifying the warehouse, the program does not allow you to post the document.

There is no complex at hand to say for sure. But in all the usual typical 1C trading configurations (before the BSP period), the permission to trade with a loss from the warehouse is in the additional user rights - the menu "Service"->"Users"->"Setting additional user rights", and there the "Documents" branch and the right to "Allow exceeding the balance of goods in the warehouse". In the UNF, this was done as a checkmark in the general settings "Control balances".
The fact that sales reports will start showing you complete nonsense after this, I think it’s not worth explaining.

Do you want to make a sale "to the left"? Do you have unclaimed surplus?

The item about the control of balances should be either in the warehouse settings or in the accounting settings. It is possible that you will have to specify a warehouse, just the availability of goods there will not be checked.

As for complex automation, I don’t know for 100%, but in UT 11 you can disable "several warehouses" (In the "Administration" -> "Warehouse and delivery" section.) and control of balances, and then you will not need to select warehouses and will be able to sell in minus.

As an option, start an item with the type not of a Product, but of a Service. But if you trade in goods and do not keep records of the warehouse, then it is better to close immediately, because everything will be plundered.
