I am planning to create a landing page. Existing online editors, as a rule, are all paid.
Is there a free solution or a solution with a one-time payment for software that will allow you to create beautiful landing pages through a macbook or a cloud service?

It's an online IDE, should work.
But it's best to do it in full-fledged editors like Sublime Text.
There is also a half solution for you, this is Atom editor from GitHub, which has made a splash in recent days, or Brackets from Adobe.

I have tried all these tools. All of them are paid and are more cloud systems with a commercial bias. I am looking for a platform that will allow me to make a landing page in the cloud or on a PC, and then upload it to my server. I'm ready to buy it one-time, but I'm not ready to pay a subscription.
Is there really no editor that will allow you to make beautiful landing pages in visual mode, similar to wix, lp, etc.?
