Lag programs from Adobe on macbook 2015?

macbook 2015
16gb
iris pro 1536
MacOS Mojave
All programs from Adobe are wildly buggy, except for XD.
I don’t know what to do anymore, just moving around the canvas lags (even when the canvas is empty)
Who came across? how to solve?

No, it's Adobe.

1. Try to optimize the system (there is a lot of video on the topic).
2. Optimize the programs themselves (also full of videos)
3. If 1 and 2 do not help, try reinstalling the system. And it's even better to install an older version (High Sierra), Mojave loads the system quite heavily and eats RAM compared to previous versions.
4.As a last resort, try using an external graphics card.
In general, Adobe programs are very poorly optimized, which is why even a seemingly simple program on a not very weak machine lags wildly. Consider using analogues from other companies, ideally from Apple, you are lucky with this on Mac OS there is a lot of such software (most not on Windows). For example: Photoshop on Pixelmator (GIMP, Krita, Pixlr, Paint.NET), Illustrator on Sketch (Inkscape, Vectr, Affinity Designer, Gravit Designer), Lightroom on Capture One Pro (DarkTable, DxO PhotoLab, Raw Therapee, Darktable), Premiere Pro on Final Cut Pro (Shotcut, OpenShot, DaVinci Resolve), InDesign on Scribus. Good luck.
