What HDD is needed for a video distribution server?

Which HDD is better to choose for distributing video content (one movie 1.5, 2GB) with a limited speed (300 kb) per user, will simultaneously download 200-250 users, I tend to 2xWD VelociRaptor 1TB (RAID 0) or 4xWD Se WD1002F9YZ (RAID 10 ). Channel: 1GB
Will these drives handle the load?

IMHO, but it's better to use the WD Red series for file cleaning.

more depends on the volume, it is better to refuse raid in such a small configuration
On nginx, almost any 4 screws with aio and lumpy reading will easily give out two gigabits.

1) there should be several disks.
2) The RAID array must be of the appropriate level for throughput and I/O operations.
it is better to test in real conditions, tk. synthetic calculations do not take into account many parameters.
