What hardware with minimal power consumption for a web server in field conditions?
I have already played with raspberry pi, but I don’t follow the market - so I ask for advice or direct me on the right path.
There is a need for a single-board with minimal power consumption, something at the raspberry level.
But there is no need for all interfaces like monitor and USB.
Requests:
8 GB of RAM,
from 32 GB of internal memory,
Wi-Fi, preferably with an
Ethernet antenna socket,
Preferably with more or less fast memory. will work with sockets.
As for the processor (I don’t understand much), 200 requests per second are expected, without cryptocomputing.
The main task is to receive data, cache (I think the database), transfer data to the client upon request.
Battery power - from several hours to several days ... the question of course is the battery, but the less you eat, the less you will have to yearn.
System * nix
Preferably something from the industrial, for stable and fault-tolerant work.
