Hello! Not so long ago I started working with VS code. I am engaged in the layout of sites and sometimes large codes come across and it becomes uncomfortable to work, because. everything starts to slow down, etc.
I want to upgrade my laptop and would like to know what exactly needs to be improved (other than the processor)?
At the moment there is a 128GB SSD, 4GB RAM, 2 cores 2.3GHz.
Or is it better to buy a new one?))
And what characteristics are needed for comfortable work with large codes? The more the better, but at least the minimum requirements for comfortable work.

Adding at least 8 GB of RAM and replacing the ssd with a modern one (if there is a very old model) can slightly improve the situation. But to be honest with this percentage, this is a "dead poultice". If you are looking for a replacement, choose one with a high frequency per core.
