Does the difference in additional RAM in games affect?

Here I have ASUS 1060 turbo 6gb, i7700k and 32gb RAM 3200Hz in dual channel.
Example: The game eats 16gb of RAM, 16 remains, will it add FPS or not?

RAM has little effect on FPS.
It affects more on the speed of loading locations and reloading existing ones.
I would leave all 32.
What kind of game is this?
