Is it possible to record images via ShadowPlay from a Radeon card?

There are 2 video cards: RX 570 and GTX 660. I would like to somehow force 660 to record gameplay rendered on Ryx through ShadowPlay. When you connect a monitor to Ryksu - ShadowPlay naturally refuses to write. The variant with recording through the OBS is not suitable - the image turns out to be twitchy, and I still want to do everything on the fly, and not mess around in the OBS.
Yes, I know that AMD has ReLive, but specifically I have it ugly to the point. When the sound stutters, when the sound lags behind the picture. Drivers are of course up to date. With 660 there is no such problem, but for games it is no longer there.
Maybe there is a way to force Ryksu to send the finished image to 660 and already display it on the monitor?
