What hardware and software to use?

There are 30 warehouses. Orders come to each warehouse, they need to be collected. There is an idea to put a mini-computer with a printer, when an order appears, it is automatically printed at the desired warehouse.
The following questions arise:
How to implement automatic remote printing to the required warehouse?
You need some kind of device with several buttons, when the order is received, the warehouse employee must press the button when the order was accepted, the order began to be collected when it was given to the courier, that is, at least 3 buttons (hardware or touch, anyway) that transmit some variables to the web server. Also, when an order is received, this device should emit a nasty sound signal until the warehouse employee presses the button that the order is accepted.
What hardware and software do you recommend?

The problem, of course, is not the answer in three lines. It is necessary to detail the technical specifications, to make a project. Much is determined by the budget and already used platforms and software.
As a simple option - put a terminal computer in each warehouse (similar to a thin client), do not install a keyboard at all, but make three buttons on the screen - "order accepted", "order collected", "order given to the courier", which can be clicked with the mouse. Better yet, hang a cheap tablet on the wall and press the buttons with your finger.
You can come up with many implementations, but without an exact technical specification it is difficult to argue.
