What happens when you publish an application created illegally?

Will there be any liability for me if I upload a game on googleplay on a spiral engine in which I use spiral frameworks?
If so, what threatens, how will they find out?

If you are not from a 3rd world country and there is no way to call you, they will delete the game / ban your account. But if you are not lucky enough to live in a country with working legislation, and besides, the application has become popular and brought a lot of money, it will be an unacceptable mistake on the part of the copyright holders not to let you go around the world.

If engines and frameworks are freely available and they don’t need your Apple Dveloper and Play Console accounts, then how do they actually know that an unlicensed framework was used?

The result is random. If they find it, it waits to the best of their ability to the owners.
Technically, it is trivial to find out from the APK whether or not the X library is used (when hiding, the gun and armor game is played).
I mean, it all depends on luck. But if something turns out to be successful, 100% will find it.

You just need to read the license agreement. Now I opened the marmalade agreement: You agree not to modify or delete any proprietary marks on the Marmalade SDK or associated documentation. As I understand it, I could not remove any marmalade logo and stuff. If you pirate the engine, the logo will be deleted (otherwise the game will not be missed by the store). And this is a violation of intellectual property rights. In fact, large engines can track themselves (something is sent when you enter the game to the server) + all companies monitor successful applications.
