Will there be copyright infringement in the app?

If I use text content from a popular TV series/movie in my android application, will it be considered a copyright infringement, which will subsequently lead to blocking?
For example: multiple choice text questions (from the same movie/series).

The movie quiz is a derivative work that is in a gray area. In other words, no one will sue for a parody, reference or quote - this is “white”. If you tear off a frame (video, subtitles, hero) - this is a 100% block, “black”.
What will happen depends on the greed of the right-traders. For a huge pile of famous films - guaranteed nothing. For one specific - as a rule, nothing; google "movie quiz" and you will see a bunch of good stuff.

If such use is not agreed with the copyright holder - theoretically, yes.
text content from a popular series/movie
It's basically the script for a series/movie. Those. you, using the texts from the film, are essentially using its script. The script is also subject to copyright, like the film, and is usually considered as an element of the film. Therefore, if the copyright holder considers that his exclusive rights are violated due to the use of texts from his film in the application, and if he files a corresponding claim with the application store, then such an application may also be blocked.
Another question is whether the copyright holder himself will waste his time and effort on blocking such an application.
