If I use art that depicts an actor of a series/movie drawn by me, will there be a fact of copyright infringement?

Even in the most liberal open source licenses there is a clause that you cannot use the name of the project to promote your own. Therefore, if your "business" is based on images of actors, without their consent, then it will not be long.
